How to achieve fuller lips

For plumper looking lips, start with lipstick that's a few shades brighter then your bare lips. Avoid dark colours because they overpower and minimize thin lips. Lip pencils that match your lipstick is the key to plumping up a pout! I really like gloss on thin lips as it reflects the light and creates a volumising effect gives the illusion of fuller lips so apply gloss over your natural looking lipstick or opt for a natural coloured tinted gloss. Apply highlighter above the top lip at the cupids bow and concealer underneath the bottom lip. While your lips will be natural, play up your eyes a little to distract attention from your lips. Avoid long wearing lip colours and frosted lipsticks as they just dry out the lips and dry lips look smalled than well hydrated lips so keep them soft and hydrated by applying balm when not made up!
